Our Purpose
WPN serves as a coordinating body to:
  • educate the general public and funding services about primary prevention;
  • coordinate the exchange of information with other prevention workers and groups;
  • develop technical assistance to members in the areas of funding, program development, evaluation and other resources.
What We Offer

Member support: WPN members are available to provide technical assistance to groups and communities planning, implementing, expanding, or evaluating prevention programs. WPN has the capacity to communicate with its members and to represent you and the prevention movement on key task forces and committee.
